Creating Vermont's Downtown Neighborhood
Spinner Place Student Residences
Spinner Place offers luxury off-campus housing for students. Created by the architect of the Olympic Village in Atlanta, Spinner Place gives juniors and seniors the fun and freedom of off-campus housing without any of the hassles.
Unlike most off-campus housing, Spinner Place was designed for the specific needs of students. Apartment-style suites range in size from 2-4 bedrooms. Students can apply for Spinner Place off-campus housing individually or in groups. Each apartment is equipped with cable and phone lines, and wireless internet. There are two lounges and a study area in Spinner Place. Laundry rooms are conveniently located in the building, and parking will be available in an attached parking garage.
Spinner Place off-campus housing is located in the new Winooski Falls development, which will offer grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafés and restaurants within convenient walking distance. Spinner Place also offers front-row access to the Monkey Bar, Donny’s Pizza, Peking Duck, Papa Frank’s, and Sneakers’ brunch.
